Rheinwash

CHLORINE-BASED LIQUID TO CLEAN TRAYS AND CAGES 

FORMULA:
Sodium Hypochlorite.................... 3.3 %
Sodium hydroxide...................... 14.0 % 
DESCRIPTION
Rheinwash is an extra-strong low-foam cleaning product, specially devised to be used in automatic tray and cage washing equipment in poultry facilities.
In dilutions of 6 ml. per liter of water, Rheinwash does not present toxic, irritating or corrosive characteristics.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
1.- Rheinwash is yellowish in its concentrated form and when diluted is almost colorless and produces transparent solutions.
2.-Rheinwash ph keeps within 10.5 +/- 0.5 range when diluted to 6 ml. per liter of water.
3.- Detergent properties of Rheinwash keep constant in hard, soft, hot and cold water. In the case of hot water, maximum temperature is 70 C.
4.- If recommended dilutions are used,Rheinwash can be applied with no risks on hard or soft surfaces, including stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and plastic cages and trays.
5.-Rheinwash provides a minimum of 100 ppm of available chlorine when diluted to 6 ml. per liter of water.
This is a product to be used in official facilities operating in accordance with inspection programs for meat, poultry, rabbit, egg classification and processing.
WARNINGS: CAUSTIC
The disinfecting and cleansing of the above mentioned surfaces shall have to be carried out in the adequate facilities, taking all pertinent precautionary measures in order to avoid accidents to the personnel in charge of such task. The treated surfaces must be rinsed out with lots of drinking water until the alkalinity is neutralized and eliminated.
The cleansing shall be made on the basis of the directions set forth by the regulations of Veterinary Inspection Procedures. 
Avoid the contact with eyes and skin, since the product may cause severe irritation to skin and eye-sight damage. Do not ingest. 
Avoid direct sunlight on stored product and keep at a temperarture between 0º y 30º C

6 ml per liter of water.
PRESENTATION: 
5, 20 and 205 l plastic containers.
