DESCRIPTION:
Rheinfenicol-8 is a wide spectrum antibiotic with excellent absorption at intestinal level, broad safety margin, great resistance to bacterial inactivation and quick elimination from tissues.
INDICATIONS:
Curative treatment for enteric and respiratory infections caused by e.coli and other florfenicol-sensitive bacteria, such as: coli enteritis, respiratory colibacillosis, colisepticaemia, e.coli-related complications of infectious diseases (coryza, c.r.d.)For Porcines: Treatment and control of the Pneumonic complex caused by actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, pasteurella spp and Haemophilus spp.
Gram negative:
Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida.
Haemophilus sommus, Haemophilus influenzae.
Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp.,
Moraxella spp., Klebsiella spp.,
Enterococcus spp., Shigella spp., Treponema,
Hyodysentariae, Bacteroides spp.,
Bordetella bronchiséptica, Proteus spp.,
Neisseria spp.
Gram Positive:
Corynebacterim pyogenes,
Streptococcus agalactiae,
Streptococcus dysgalactiae,
Streptococcus uberis,
Streptococcus zooepidermicus,
Streptococcus aureus.
Species: for porcines, broiler, replacement and breeder chickens.
DOSAGE AND USE :
Oral administration, mixed with feed at a rate of 20 mg/kg of LIVE WEIGHT. Add 0.5 Kg of product per ton of initiator feed, fattening or finishing feed as the case may be.
WARNINGS:
Keep this and all medical products out of the reach of children.Avoid contact with product, in the event of accidental exposure, proceed to wash with soap and running water.
Use adequate garment when administering medication.
Wash out hands and change clothes after having administered the product.
The product must be kept in its original package and container and at a temperature between 5º C and 35º C.
Use restrictions :
Do not administer this product together with penicillins.
Suppression time for broiler poultry and porcines is 5 (five) days.
The use of Rheinfenicol-8 is not recommended for egg-laying hens in production course.
