FORMULA:
Every 100 g of product contains:
Lincomicyn  base 
(as Chloride Monohydrate) .........   2,2 g 
Spectinomycin (as sulphate tetrahydrate)............................... 2,2 g
Excipient q.s................................100 g
DESCRIPTION:
LincoRhein S is an antibiotic premix containing Lincomycin Hydrochloride and  Spectinomycinsulphate in both adequate proportions and carrier contributing to a good and uniform distribution in feed.

INDICATIONS:

LincoRhein S is especially indicated for prevention and treatment against all spectinomycin and Lincomycin-sensitive germs 
in poultry and pigs, both in Gram positive and Gram negative that cause many infectious diseases 
Pigs: for the treatment and control of enteritis caused by Serpulina hyodysenteriae, E. coli, Salmonella spp y Lawsonia intracellularis. It is also indicated to treat and control mycoplasmatic pneumonia and bacterial pneumonias.
It is also prescribed to increase weight gain rate and improve feed conversion in pig fattening.
Poultry: for the prevention and control of avian mycoplasmosis and the association of mycoplasma and E. coli.
Species: porcines and poultry.

DOSAGE AND USE:
Pigs: For the treatment of enteritic diseases: 88 to 110 g of antibiotic activity
( 44 g of Lincomycin and 44 g of Spectinomycin) per ton of feed, which is obtained by adding between 2 kg and 2,5 kg of product per ton of feed, continuos treatment for 21 días.
For the control and treatment of Ileitis: 88 g of antibiotic activity 
( 44 g d of Lincomycin and 44 g of Spectinomycin) per ton of feed, which is obtained by adding 2 kg of product per ton of feed, continuos treatment for 21 days. 
For the control of Mcroplasmic pneumonia 44 g to 110 g of antibiotic activity per ton of feed, which is obtained by adding between 1 kg to 2,5 kg of product per ton of feed, continous treatment for 21 days. 
To increase weight gain rate and improve feed conversion.
22 g of antibiotic activity (11 g of Lincomycin and 11 g of Spectinomycin) per ton of feed, which is obtained by adding 0,5 kg of product per ton of feed. ( up to 55 to 57 kg live weight)
As of the abovementioned weight until animals are sent into the market, add 11 g of antibiotic activity (5,5 g d of Lincomycin and 5,5 g of Spectinomycin) per ton of feed. 
Treatment is continous as of weaning until first day prior to slaughter.
Poultry: 
110 g of antibiotic activity per ton of feed, which is obtained by adding 2,5 kg of product per ton of feed, continous treatment for 21 days. 

WARNINGS: 

Keep out of the reach of children. 
Avoid direct contact with product. If accidental exposure occurs, proceed to wash with soap and running water. 
Avoid contact with skin and.mucosae. Wear gloves, eye goggles and mask while adding and manipulating premixes.
Wash out hands after having administered the product.
This produt must be properly mixed with feed so as to ensure homogeneous distribution.
If accidental contact with eyes causes irritation, immediately wash with water during 15 minutes and keep your eyelids wide open in order for the water to reach the eyes. If irritation persists, seek medical assistance immediately. 
If inhaled, it may cause irritation in mucosae or alergic reactions. In such a case, stay out of the zone where product was inhaled.
If ingested, it may cause gastrointestinal disorders. Immediately call a doctor or find the nearest Intoxication Centre.
NOTE TO THE DOCTOR: The Lincomycin as well as Spectinomycin  may present neuromuscular blocking properties that may intensify the action of of other neuromuscular blocking agents. Should an allergic reaction occur, agents to be used are: epinephrine, corticosteroids, antihistaminics. 
Take the necessary warning measures for its use. 
The product must be kept in its original container, in a dry environment and at a temperature between 15 ºC and 30 ºC.
It is advised to use product within 30 days after preparation.
Use restrictions
Withdrawal period: 5 days for all species.
Contraindicated in those animals that have previously shown hypersensitivity to Lincomycin and/ or Spectinomycin 
Contraindicated in the treatment of fungal infections caused by Monilia spp. 
Do not administer in rabbits, hamsters, Guinea pigs, horses nor ruminants as it may coause severe gastrointestinal disorders.  
Occasionally, there may appear diarrheas or inflammations in the anal zone in pigs within the first or second day after having started treatment. Rarely do pigs may show reddened skin or irritating behavior. These side effects are to be normalized after 5 to 8 days of having discontinued treatment.   
Do not administer along with macrolides, Chloranfenicol or Tetracyclines. Medication must be applied under the following symptoms: A hepatic failure, hypersensitivity to the drug, or renal failure
It may cause neuromuscular blockage which generally may be unblocked by administering parenteral calcium. 
The use of LincoRhein S is not recommended for laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
