FORMULA:
100 grams of product contain:
Calcium Fosfomycin ....................... 25 g
Erythromycin Thiocyanate ............... 11 g
Excipients q.s. ............................ 100 g
DESCRIPTION:
Powder to be administered in drinking water or mixed with feed. This product is a wide-spectrum antibiotic combination, prescribed for the treatment of avian infectious diseases caused by mycoplasmas, Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria.
INDICATIONS:
This product is indicated for the oral treatment of gallinaceae-type poultry, such as broiler chickens, breeders and replacement chickens. It is indicated in cases of mycoplasmosis, colibacillosis, Chronic Respiratory Disease, staphylococcus-related infections, listerosis, avian cholera, infectious coryza and diseases caused by Fosfomycin and/or Erythromycin-sensitive microorganisms.

Actynomices bovis, Bacillus antracis, Bacillus subtilus, Brucella spp, Bordetella multiceptica, Clostridium spp, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Corynebacterium renale, Diplococcus pneumoniae, Erysipelothrix rusiopathiae, Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus paragallinarum, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira pomona, Listeria monocytogenes, Miyagawanella broncopneumoniae, Neisseria catarralis, Neisseria meningitidis, Pasteurella multocida, Pasteurella spp; Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus faecalis, Streptococcus uberus, Streptococcus mitis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Vibrio, Staphylococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Acinetobacter spp, E.coli, Salmonella spp, Shigella spp, Pseudomona spp, Proteus spp, Mycoplasma sinoviae, Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
DOSAGE AND USE:
The product must be orally administered, mixed with drinking water or feed at a rate of 125-150 mg/kg of body weight during 3 to 5 days. Add 1 kg of product per ton of feed or 0,5 g per liter of drinking water.
The product, once prepared, has a duration of 14 days. Therefore it is not recommended the preparation of measures which are not going to be consumed during such period.
D rinking water: it is convenient to prepare the daily quantity to be consumed and it is recommended not to use solutions exceeding 48 hours of preparation.
Do not store for future use.
Consult your Veterinarian to adjust the dosage according to the needs of the case to be treated.
WARNINGS:
Keep out of the reach of children.
Avoid direct sunlight on the stored product.
Keep product in its original container, in a cool, dry place, at temperatures between 5º and 30º C.
Use restrictions:
The meat of treated poultry must not be released for human consumption before 7 days after the conclusion of the last treatment.
Do not use product in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
