FORMULA:
Each 100g contain:
Tylosin tartrate.........................10,0 g
Calcium Fosfomycin ................ 25,0 g
Excipients q.s.to........................100 g
DESCRIPTION:
Soluble Powder to be add in drinking water or feed.
INDICATIONS:
This product is indicated for oral treatment of poultry and pigs.
It is a combination of broad-spectrum antibiotic, indicated for the treatment of
poultry diseases, caused by Gram positive, Gram negative and Mycoplasmas.
Indicated in cases of: mycoplasmosis, colibacillosis, chronic respiratory disease in poultry, Staphylococcus infections, Listeriosis, Avian Cholera, infectious Coryza, and diseases caused by Fosfomycin and / or Tylosin susceptible organisms. As a treatment for the prevention of enteritis Vibrio, Dysentery and respiratory diseases in pigs.

For poultry and swine.
DOSAGE AND USE:
Orally mixed with drinking water or food at a rate of 100 mg per FosfoRhein T-10
kg bw for 3-5 days for both species.
In birds:
In the food: FosfoRhein T-10 1 kg / ton of feed.
In drinking water: 1 kg FosfoRhein T-10 1,000 liters of water.
In pigs:
In the food: FosfoRhein T-10 2.5 kg / ton of feed.
In drinking water: 1.5 kg FosfoRhein T-10 each 1000 liters of water.
WARNINGS:
Keep out of the reach of children
Avoid direct sunlight on the product.
Keep in original container in cool, dry place between 10 º C and 30 º C.
For the operator, using masks, goggles, rubber gloves and dust.
Maintain adequate ventilation when apply the product.
Avoid direct contact with skin.
People with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients should avoid contact with the product.
Do not use medicated food that has more than 14 days of preparation.
In drinking water is advisable to prepare the daily amount consumed.
An overdose of tylosin in pigs can cause shock and death.
Effects: May cause rectal mucosal edema, itching and diarrhea in piglets.
If it happen stop treatment immediately
Withdrawals:
Meat of treated animnals must not be release to human consumption before 7 days after the last treatment
Do not use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
Pigs: withdrawal time 14 days.
